Hello Mentor Pastors,
This is just a quick reminder to inform you that we are meeting on Monday, March 31 through noon on Tuesday, April 1, at Ross Point Camp. (This is not an April Fool’s joke, it’s real…) The good news is that all of the extra work associated with Easter will be over at this point.
We will start right after breakfast on Monday, at this point count on 9:00 AM. Most of you will be coming in on Sunday afternoon or evening, March 30th. The Region is providing your housing, food and transportation costs for this event (two nights at Ross Point, five meals, and mileage reimbursement, or air fare). Please plan to stay until we are done at noon on Tuesday, April 1.
If you plan to fly please make your reservations by the end of this week to avoid higher rates later in the month. Don’t forget to compare to Southwest Airlines, which can only be accessed directly at www.southwest.com.
Bill Hoyt will be with us. Do you have a particular subject that you would like for him to cover with you during the “value added” time? Please let me know ASAP.
