Need your advice

Fellow LLC Leaders
I am considering changing our meeting time.
We had been meeting from 10am to 4pm, but I think that may be effecting attendance.
I am contemplating moving to 9am to 1pm and taking lunch out of the deal. My thoughts are we will lose a bit of the relational time, but may gain some of our marginal attenders back.
Please let me know what works for you.
Corey

Corey,

My initial reaction is that it is a good idea and worth trying. However, here are a few thougths off the top of my head. I believe it depends on the distance the group travels to meetings. We continue to meet from 10-4 because of the distance many of us in Central Washington have to travel. Therefore, we make a day of it. If your group doesn't have to travel that far for meetings it may be a way of getting some back. How does the person from the farthest church feel about the time and the travel for a earlier and shorter meeting?
I would also wonder about decreasing the relational piece. In our LLC that is the glue that holds us together. Just a few quick thoughts. Worth

Good thoughts. I think we will keep the lunch as optional. The guys who have to drive the furthest are the ones suggesting the change- so I think we are going to try it out.

Corey- do you mean if I come to visit you aren't going to buy my lunch now?
