Each of you should have received an outline of Bill's book in
an E-mail - let me know if you didn't. I removed the
outline from the "Blog" because it wasn't working like I expected.
I'll be calling each of you to get a list of those pastors I might
encourage to participate in your LLC's -so have your name ready.
