I have an "Effectiveness by the Numbers" handout available if anyone wants it. Instead of an outline approach, I take key quotes from each chapter and juxtaposition them with challenging questions.
We had a great discussion at our meeting on Tuesday. We each found some new metric that we wanted to apply.

Corey, thanks for this post, and for reporting in. I like the idea of the list of significant quotes and a discussion question to go with them. Good technique. Also, I'm glad to hear the pastors chose a metric to apply to their congregation. I'm wondering if we don't a "file library" on line, or set up something like a www.box.net account to hold them for everyone's access.
