Corey Laughary- Questions I am Using for LLC Meeting

Hi Fellow Mentors,
Below are questions I am using for our Dec. 18th LLC meeting. We are still processing Stanley's, "Communicating for a Change" in our group. Each pastor was encouraged at the Nov. meeting to actually put into practice the methods in the book- and then each were to bring something related to their sermon (audio, video, outline, etc) to help describe how it went.
Anyways- here are the questions (every person does NOT answer every question):

Prayer for one another:
How are you doing individually?
How is your family?
How is the calling?
How is the church?

Preaching- Learning for this Month

Did you read the book?
What did you think of it?
Did you put anything into practice?
What tangible sermon piece did you bring? [mp3, video, tape, outline, manuscript, etc]
- Who will share?

Accountability:
How is your spiritual life? 1 to 10
Do you repent of your sins regularly?
Do you study scripture devotionally?

Dreaming:
What skills do you see yourself developing in 2008?
What direction do you see the church heading this year?
What is a personal goal for you this year?
What could we do differently in the LLC in 2008?
If you could do anything, if there were no limits, to improve your ministry effectiveness, what would it be?
What attitude do you want your leadership to change this year?
What project could the LLC and churches do together this year?

Corey,
Thanks for posting these accountability questions. This is the most challenging component in our life together, yet, it is important for us to continue to press ahead to keep accountability in the LLCs. Mutually agreeing to ask one another tough questions like these is one of the best ways to go at it. Also, Worth Wilson has designed an accountability grid for use with his LLC. It's in Excel, i needs to be passed around. Can Blogs handles attachments?
Peace! Charles

Hi Charles- Worth did share the excel file with me a couple months back. I am building up to using it.
I am hoping to introduce it in January or February. It is good- but intense- and we needed an intermediate step or two.
As for posting excel files- I bet you can
